Successfully negotiating my first overseas $1M contract in India at the tender age of 23 during the 1980's.
Being instrumental in helping New Zealand companies position for and win over $100M of work under the Australian-New Zealand Anzac Frigate Project during the 1990's.
Being invited by Prime Minister Helen Clark in 2002 to accompany her on a select team to visit South America for a 5 Day, 5 Country State/Political/Business Mission.
My 6 years as CEO of Glidepath from 1998 to 2003, when we positioned for market entry into the Americas - winning over $150M business in USA, Canada and South America, plus many acclaimed awards.
My 10 years as a business coach helping many SME companies over the period 2009 to 2019 - a time when I learnt the art of coaching my skills, and significantly added value for my clients.
My 5 years as CEO of Stormwater360 from 2019 to 2023 - a time when we pulled together a very high performing team; introduced new product to market, and extended our international footprint.
