Growthology – FAQ
Who is the Growthology Programs for and not for - and what is expected of participants?
It is important that there is a 'good fit' for everyone. That is why Neil requires a telephone conversation with you before any sign-up for One-on-One programs.
Neil is selective with who he works with. He requires you to:
- commit to doing the work, to put the ‘hard yards in’.
- to have an open mind to look at things differently, and to follow Neil’s advice.
- to be honest.- to respect and value both Neil’s and your own time.
- to take responsibility to maintain contact with Neil and to schedule Coaching or Q&A Sessions.
- to take responsibility to attend Coaching or Q&A sessions on time and act with respect and professionalism.
- to take have thoroughly worked on course assignments and have read all material and listened to accompanying videos to optimizeyour learning and work towards a successful completion of the Growthology Program(s).
Get Ahead is not obligated to provide any make-up Coaching or Q&A Session(s) if you missed any appointment(s).
Rescheduling of your coaching or Q&A Sessions is fine - with reasonable advance notice.
Skipping or not following your Program module sequence will impair your ability to absorb the Growthology Program(s) materials and your learning progress. Therefore, each session that requires rescheduling should be no more than 7 days from your initial scheduled date. Get Ahead has no obligation to honour a request to reschedule of your coaching or Q&A session(s) beyond the 7 days’ timeline.
At the outset of the 12 Week and 1 Year Programs we hold a "Kick Off" Welcome Meeting to cover the logistics, 'housekeeping', expectations, etc. This is extremely helpful to pave the way for a very successful Program.
If you feel that you cannot commit as outlined, then Growthology is not for you.

What are the payment arrangements ?
● Growthology DIY Kit – 100% is payable at time of order.
● Growthology 12 Week Program with Neil – 3 equal monthly payments commencing on order placement.
● Growthology 1 Year Program with Neil – 4 equal quarterly payments.
Monthly and quarterly payments ease cash flow, and are payable in advance to retain Neil's availability.
How do the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee and the Cancellation provisions work?
For the Growthology 12 Weeks and 1 Year with Neil programs the following applies:
- Participants may request a refund of monies within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Get Ahead shall have sole discretion as to whether to accept the request.
- Get Ahead will consider whether participants have done everything that they have agreed to and if they honestly feel that they have given the Program content and process 100% effort as required.
- If Get Ahead accept that participants are eligible for a refund, Get Ahead will refund the amounts paid.
- No refund or credit will be available for any missed or unused Coaching Sessions, including Q&A sessions.
-Clients may cancel the Growthology 12 Weeks and 1 Year with Neil programs, subject to giving 30 days advance email notification to Get Ahead for the 12 week program and 3 months advance email notification to Get Ahead for the 1 year program and PROVIDING Get Ahead is paid for the period of cancellation notice as afore-mentioned.
No 30 Day Money Back Guarantee, refund or cancellation is applicable for purchases of the Growthology DIY Kit – bearing in mind that the program price is heavily discounted and Get Ahead have no say on how the material will be used once downloaded.
What happens if the 'one on one 'Programs go over 12 weeks or 1 year?
No problem. If there is a need to extend the Programs, then Neil will be available to continue support subject to his then client loading/spare capacity, and additional monthly or quarterly payments as may be needed. Simply discuss the situation with Neil.
